How We Think About Leadership
We believe leadership is a practice of presence and generosity. Our approach bridges the gap between structured business rigor and the adaptive empathy of professional improvisation. By fostering an environment where leaders can experiment with confidence, we transform high-pressure management into a culture of purposeful, collaborative mastery.
The Vision Behind North Pole Leadership
North Pole Leadership is built on Adam Woodworth’s more than 30 years of experience leading teams, building culture, and delivering results with clarity. That work began early, doubling sales performance in a radio career, and continued through leadership roles at the American Heart Association, where teams were developed to strengthen customer service and community outcomes.

Scaling the Children's Museum in Oak Lawn from a small footprint to a major facility, he aligned teams around clear expectations and execution, growing annual attendance from approximately 5,000 visitors to more than 80,000 annually.

In parallel, Adam built North Pole Santa LLC, developing and leading a team of performers delivering high-quality, consistent guest experiences. This work reinforces the same principles he brings to organizations: clear standards, strong culture, and the ability to adapt in real time.

His work is grounded in a belief: strong leadership requires consistency and adaptability. His background in professional improvisation, both performing and directing, informs how teams think in real time and respond effectively.
